Ship Days: Orders will be fulfilled in 2 business days unless there is an upcoming holiday.

No Ship Days: Federal Holidays and BGDG Event days

First Class Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-5 Business days. This is not guaranteed, but an estimate.

Priority Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 Business days. This is not guaranteed, but an estimate.

Priority Express Shipping: Delivered between 1-2 Business days. This is guaranteed by the United States Postal

I have a tracking number, but no update.

If you haven't received your item(s) and a tracking number has been created, please allow one business day for the product to ship. If you still haven't received your item, contact USPS as all pre-orders were shipped through them. If your order included in-stock items, they will ship next week.

Can I place an order for BGDG merch via Email, Facebook, etc.?

No, you can only purchase BGDG merchandise on our website.  If you are looking for used merchandise, you may be able to find someone selling gently used items in our Facebook group.

What if my child's size is not showing online?

All of our inventory is online for purchase. If you do not see your size, unfortunately, the item is not available.

Pre-orders:

What is a pre-order?

We have the option of pre-ordering new product designs. We post the designs on social media and in our online store for a limited time. During this time, customers can purchase these items as they would normally make BGDG purchases. Preorders essentially guarantee customers will receive the items before they're even created!

Allow 4-6 weeks of production for pre-order items.

If your order includes in stock items, they will be shipped along with your pre-ordered item(s). If you would like to receive your in stock items sooner, please place the orders separately.

Sometimes, there will be remaining inventory from the pre-orders. If there are remaining items, they will be uploaded in our store. These items are still considered pre-order and will be FINAL SALE.

Pre-Orders are FINAL SALE. Lead time four - six weeks after order is submitted. We will update customers during the production period to keep them up to date with the order’s progress. However, please keep in mind that orders will be shipped four weeks after the order date.

What happens if I purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same order?

If you buy pre-order and In-stock items in the same order and only pay for shipping one time, the items will be shipped together once we receive the pre-orders. If you would like to receive the in-stock product before then, you can request an invoice for payment, specifically for shipping. Otherwise, we suggest you place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items.

What should I do if I placed an order that included both in-stock and pre-order items, but I want to get the in-stock item now rather than wait for the pre-order to arrive?

If you are looking to purchase both in-stock and pre-order items, we would suggest placing two separate orders; that way, you don’t have to worry about contacting us for an invoice for the additional shipping cost. 

However, if you’ve already made a purchase that included both in-stock and pre-order items and would like to receive the in-stock item asap, please let us know via email, and we can send an invoice to process the shipping payment.

The BGDG Pro-shop says an item is out of stock. When will it be back?

Typically, when our site shows an item is out of stock, it truly is. However, we often do pre-sale and re-releases of most of our merchandise, so there’s always still a chance to snag your favorite products down the line. Head over to our site and sign up with your email address to receive BGDG news and updates!

Does BGDG accept returns/exchanges?

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

If you would like to trade or sell BGDG items that cannot be returned, you can do so by posting on the Buy/sell/trade post in our Facebook Group under the "featured" section.
